Free stuff

🌹 Seattle Play Garden (Seattle)

Seattle PlayGarden is that rare gem in the city where kids of all abilities can run, laugh, and explore without anyone thinking twice. The place is fully fenced, so your escape artist toddler won’t make a break for it, and everything is designed for accessibility for kids with disabilities .

They have summer camps, pre-school, youth leadership opportunities and a huge number of programs for you to check out.

It’s equal parts jungle gym and peace of mind. Honestly, it’s the kind of “play date” that doesn’t require awkward small talk.

In partnership with

🐼 Little Panda Play Cafe (Everett)

Parenting usually means you get stuck at places that are fun for kids but soul crushing for adults. Little Pandas fixed that. Kids go nuts, coffee slaps, parents actually enjoy themselves. If you’ve got kids, stop overthinking and check out their memberships.

Check their event schedule before going, they have fun things planned all year!

Dining

☕️ Bright Spot Seattle (Mt. Baker)

BrightSpot Seattle is what happens when someone finally said, “What if coffee shops didn’t feel like toddler war zones or laptop farms?”

It’s part café, part neighborhood hug: locally sourced food, strong coffee, vegan soft-serve, and a vibe that actually makes you want to bring the kids (no frantic “stay quiet or we leave” vibes). Mornings are mellow, bites are delicious, and the staff seems thrilled you dragged yourself out of bed.
